Our private and group childbirth education classes provide a supportive and interactive environment for expectant parents. Designed for individuals or couples, these classes cover everything you need to know to feel confident about labor, delivery, and the early postpartum period.

 

Participants will learn about the stages of labor, pain management options, delivery techniques, and newborn care. Hands-on practice sessions, such as labor positions and relaxation techniques, are included to help you and your partner prepare for the big day. The group setting also allows you to connect with other expectant families, fostering a sense of community as you embark on your parenting journey.
