Pregnancy Concepts LLC provides education and support in childbirth preparation, lactation, postpartum recovery, and early parenting. Services may be offered in person, virtually, or through digital resources.

Our services are educational and supportive in nature and are not a substitute for medical care. We do not diagnose medical conditions or provide medical treatment. For urgent medical concerns, please contact your healthcare provider.

2. Scheduling & Cancellations

• All appointments are booked directly through Kimberly S. Myers, IBCLC.

• Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to fees.

• Pregnancy Concepts reserves the right to reschedule appointments in the event of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Fees & Payments

• Fees for services are listed on our website and may be updated at any time.

• Payment is due prior to the appointment (or at the time of service if arranged directly).

• If using insurance, coverage must be verified through The Lactation Network (or other approved partners) prior to scheduling. Any uncovered fees remain the responsibility of the client.

4. Refunds

• Payments for classes or consultations are non-refundable once services are rendered.

• If you are unable to attend a class, you may reschedule (subject to availability) or request a credit toward another service.

• Refunds will be subject to approval and considered on a case-by-case basis.

5. Client Responsibilities

By booking services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate personal and health information as requested.

• Follow recommendations and guidelines provided during classes or consultations.

• Seek medical care from your healthcare provider for any urgent or serious concerns.

6. Digital Resources & Content

• Materials provided during classes, consultations, or on our website (including handouts, videos, and downloads) are for personal use only.

• You may not copy, share, or distribute our materials without written permission.
